Internal Printer & Receipt Settings

This page will explain how to set up your internal printer on the terminal and configure receipt preferences

The internal printer can be used for printing both the kitchen checks and the customer receipts. Follow the steps below to see how to configure these settings

1. In the SPARK app, press the arrow on the top left of the screen and select the settings cog in the left hand menu

2. Select System Settings

3. Select the internal printer tab on the left hand menu

4. If you wish for kitchen order receipts to be printed from the internal printer, press the Kitchen Bill Terminal Printing option at the top to switch it on

5. With Receipts Printing settings underneath, you can choose whether or not you receive receipt prompts after each order and whether receipts print by default or not.
