How to refund a kiosk/ kiosk express order

Refunding an order through the Kiosk interface. 

There are two ways you can refund a kiosk order.  

As our systems are cloud-based you can refund any order from any device, no matter what device the order and payment were taken on.

Take note, this guide applies to kiosk express devices too. 

Refunding an order through the Kiosk interface. 

  1. Once you are on the home page of the kiosk, please click your store logo in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. You will need to enter your manager password here. 
  3. Please click on "transactions" to view today's transactions.
  4. Select the order you would like to issue a refund for.
  5. You have the option to refund all or certain items here, click "refund"  
  6. Here you will be prompted to select the items you would like to issue a refund for. Make your selections and hit "refund"
  7. You will now be asked for a refund reason, select the reason that applies. 
  8. Now you will be asked to enter the refund amount, fill this in and click "confim
  9. Lastly, you will be asked to enter customer details, once populated, click "next".
  10. A little prompt should appear saying "refund successful along the bottom"
