Payment Transaction Passed CS50, Failed On Terminal
Explanation and guide on how to fix a payment that is successful on your payment device but fails on your EPoS Terminal.
The first attempt if it passes on the CS50 device, then it will have been paid, but the EPoS may not have received the result due to network fluctuations. Due to this the EPoS has cancelled this transaction and recognised it as a failed attempt. However, when encountering this issue, you can re-verify the transaction, from the “Transaction Record”. This should fix your issue.
