How to update L50 robot to latest version?
This article will explain and show you step by step on how to update your L50 robot to the latest version.
The first step you want to do is login to a user account that has access to the Admin Panel.
Most accounts wont have access to the Admin Panel, if you do not have permission to access the Admin Panel, please contact someone that does like a higher-up or contact us at this email support@sparkepos.com
Second step after logging in, you should be on this page.
Once on this page, you need to scroll down to Device Info and click on it, making sure it opens.
It should bring you to a screen that looks like this one.
At the bottom of this screen there is a Robot Software Update button, once you press it, it will start the update process. After a little bit, the robot will be updated to the latest version.
If the button is grey, that means it is currently at the latest version.
If the button has colour then that means it is ready to update to the latest version.
