How to do Voids or Comps

This page will explain how to do a Void or Comp on the terminal

Voids

1. Open up an order that has already been sent to the kitchen on a tab or table

2. From here swipe left on the item to reveal the void button or swipe right to reveal the comp button

3. Select the button to then get started, select the reason for the void/comp and the quantity.

4. If you're voiding, you will need to tag whether or not this has impacted your stock levels, if you do not manage your stock with our system then either button can be pressed.

5. After this has been completed the item will then show whether it's been voided or comp'd.
