How do I connect my Handheld device to a Terminal?

This is a quick guide on how to connect a Handheld device to a Terminal.

1.Open the Viva.com Application on Your Handheld Device

•Launch the Viva.com application on your Handheld device.

2.Access the “More” Tab

•In the application, navigate to the More tab, located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3.Go to the “About” Section

•Select the About tab. This will display important details about your device. Keep this screen open, as you will need the Virtual ID information shortly.

4.Navigate to the Left Sidebar on the Terminal

•Move to your Terminal device and open the left sidebar for additional options.

5.Open Integration Settings

•From the sidebar, go to Integration settings.

6.Select Viva Wallet and Choose the Terminal

•Within the Integration settings, click on Viva Wallet.

•From the list of Terminals, select the Terminal you wish to connect to the Handheld device.

7.Match and Confirm the Virtual ID

•A screen should appear showing a list of Virtual IDs.

•Locate the same Virtual ID as shown on the About screen on your Handheld device, tick the corresponding box, and press Confirm.

Your Handheld device should now be connected to the Terminal successfully.
