The Stock List

The guide primarily caters to our retail clientele, yet its benefits extend to all our customers.

We've introduced a novel feature called the Stock List, facilitating on-demand access to stock locations. This tool provides essential details such as supplier information, product barcodes, availability, prices, and the option to mark items as wasted when necessary.

This feature proves invaluable for swiftly locating specific items within your inventory.

Accessing the Stock List:

1. Click on the "More" option located at the top left corner of your POS terminal.
2. Scroll down through the additional options until you locate "Stock List," then select it.
3. You'll be directed to your personalised stock list.

Searching for Items:

You can locate items through various methods:

• Directly searching by item name.
• Scanning the item's barcode.
• Filtering your search using our categories.

Marking Items as Wasted:

To mark an item as wasted, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your stock list.
2. Search for the desired item.
3. Click on the waste icon, triggering a new popup.
4. Select the items you wish to mark as wasted, along with providing a reason for the waste.
