How to re-send the voucher email?
Resending lost vouchers.
If your customer has not received their email voucher or has deleted it, please follow this guide to find out how you can re-send a voucher email to your customers.
First, we will need to be in the back office so please navigate to the HQ.
Once in the HQ, please select the voucher section, look for the option called "gift voucher reports" and select it.
Here you will be able to see all of the sales of your gift cards.
If the gift card was sent to an email address originally you can click the green resend button, and the customer will receive another email with the voucher information.
Once sent you will see a notification in the bottom right corner like so.
