Comprehensive Guide to Operating Pudu 2

• Prepare Your Robot for Bootup:
• • Before beginning, ensure your robot is powered on and positioned correctly for bootup. If unsure about the bootup/self-inspection location, contact our support team at support@sparkepos.com. 

• Selecting an Operation Mode:

  • Upon bootup, the home screen will appear, offering various operation modes to choose from: Delivery, Food Delivery, Collecting, Cruise, Birthday, and Direct.

• Example Scenario: Food Delivery Mode:

  • Suppose we aim to use Pudu 2 for delivering items to the Spark office and to the Lifts. In this case, we select "Food Delivery."

• Configuring Delivery Locations:

  • After mode selection, a new screen prompts you to choose the tray along with the delivery locations. Here I will tap the top tray and select "Spark Office," then select the bottom tray and choose "Lifts."

• Accessing Mode Settings:

  • Each mode presents specific settings. To access mode settings, click on the gear icon.

• Initiating the Delivery:

  • When you are ready to send off an order, simply click "Start," and the robot will begin its delivery.

• Completing Deliveries:

  • As the robot reaches each location, click "Done," and it will proceed to the next location sequentially.

• Returning to Designated Point:

  • Once all deliveries are completed, the robot automatically returns to the designated return point.
