This article will inform you about everything you need to know from the installation to the performance of the Workstation.
1. Workstation interface and function descriptions
2. Workstation installation site survey
2.1 Voltage requirement
- Input voltage: 100~260 V AC 8.1A
- Output Voltage (Electrode Plate Voltage During Charging): 29.4VDC 25A
Please confirm whether the line load capacity is satisfied or not
2.2 Waterway requirement
- Please make sure the building can be connected to the water pipe
- Tap installation is needed so we can get water from it (The faucet has a 1/2 inch connections (DN15))
Please note that we have to make sure the water pressure between 0.15 -0.35Mpa,If the water pressure is higher than 0.35MPa, it is necessary to add a throttle valve (already equipped with our factory) on the front side of the clean water inlet of the workstation to limit the total flow of inlet water, which can be adjusted according to the size of the on-site water pressure (according to the test, the external tap water pipe, the robot will automatically add water to 80% for the shortest time of about 140s)
Before connected the water pipe to the workstation ,the pre-filter (already equipped with our factory)must installed to avoid impurities such as sediment flow in to the clean water pipeline, and it will make a blockage to the solenoid valve, resulting in its failure and water leakage
2.3 Sewage Requirements
- The building need be equipped with a floor drain(lower than the workstation level)
2.4 Installation space Requirements
- Back side : wall or solid structure, with a flat surface
- Base:flat floor surface
- Required clear operating space :2M *1.2M
- The workstation is installed against the wall at the back, and the height of the rear wall needs to be greater than 0.8m.
3. Workstation installation requirement
3.1 Tools Preparation
3.2 Unboxing
- The workstation is packaged in a cardboard box. Please use the unboxing tools (scissors or small knife) to open it
Note:
- When you move the workstation ,please do not use the water filling rod as the handle it may cause the damage.
3.3 Workstation installation
3.3.1 Secure the workstation position
- Place the workstation at the predetermined location Install the four provided foot screws into the
designated screw holes on the back, and adjust the length according to the actual installation location, then use a wrench to tighten the foot screws.
Please note that after placing the workstation, push the robot onto the workstation to check if the electrode plates of the workstation and the robot are at the same height. If not, adjust the workstation feet to align the heights of the electrode plates.
3.3.2 Install the water supply line
- Prepare the provided accessories (water inlet pipe, filter, throttle valve).
Complete the installation of the water inlet line.
Please note that after installation, please open the water faucet to check for leaks. If there exit any leaks, tighten the screws on the pipeline.
3.3.3 Install the water supply line
- Prepare the provided accessories (drain pipe, drain pipe connector), complete the installation of the drain line, placing the other end of the drain pipe into the floor drain or corresponding drain outlet.
3.3.4 Install the Self-Cleaning Tank
- Lift the bottom cover plate of the workstation, then push the self-cleaning tank into place and lower the cover plate, ensuring it is properly seated.
Please note that the cover plate is equipped with a liquid level sensor. If the cover plate is not properly seated, it may affect the automatic water filling of the self-cleaning tank, causing overflow.
3.3.5 Power on the workstation
- Ensure the power switch is off. Then connect the power cord to the workstation, make sure all the power wire connection is ready then powered on.
Please note that the workstation indicator will turned to blue when it was powered on normally.
Workstation Cleaning
4.1 Clean Water Filter Cleaning
- First turn off the water faucet or valve, then rotate the transparent cover by hand to remove it along with the middle filter screen. After cleaning, reinstall them.
Please note that the cleaning frequency is depend on the cleanliness of the tap water, clean based on the degree of dirt on the filter screen. It is recommended to clean once every 30 days.
4.2 Self-cleaning tank cleaning
- Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the surfaces ,Clean as needed,No need to clean it everyday.
4.3 Transition Tank Cleaning
- Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the surfaces ,It is recommended to clean every 2 weeks.
