Kitchen Bill Printing
This article will explain the additional settings on the kitchen bill.
If you have not already enabled Kitchen Bill Printing, please follow the guide below on how to enable Kitchen Bill Printing.
How to Enable Kitchen Bill Printing On Handheld and Terminal
Once Kitchen Check Printing is enabled, you are able to edit what goes onto the Receipt.
An example of why you would want to edit what goes onto the Kitchen Receipt is that if you had bar staff and kitchen staff, you would not want food items to be on the check that is given to the bar staff as they only work on drinks.
To edit what goes onto the Receipt, click "Print Settings".
This will then bring up a box where you can enable and disable what goes on the Kitchen Receipt.
Duplicate Kitchen Bill
Enabling duplicate kitchen bill printing is useful, for example, if there are two chefs, having two kitchen checks allows each chef to work on different parts of the same order, like mains and sides, without crowding around a single ticket.
Another example is that you would want to duplicate two checks, one for bar staff and one for kitchen staff.
Please note that these two checks will be identical so if you edit food items out of the check, both checks wont have food items on them.
Again in the same screen where you enable/disable Kitchen Check Printing, you can enable/disable Duplicated Kitchen Check.
