Easy Guide to Using the Robot Cleaning App

1. Log In

  • Enter your Account and Password.

  • Tick the box to agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Tap Login to continue.

 

2.  Home Screen

  • Top bar: shows the current site and today’s cleaning records (area, number of tasks, cleaning duration).

  • Bottom bar:

    • Recording Data – view yesterday cleaning records.

    • Scheduling – create or manage scheduled cleaning tasks.

    • Details – open robot details page (status, cleaning records, schedule lists, and more).

3. Immediate Cleaning Tasks

    1. From the Home Screen, tap Details on a robot card.
    2. Check the robot’s status and battery level.
    3. Tap the Layers icon (top right) to view navigation markers and coverage areas on the map.
    4. Confirm Cleaning Mode (Vacuum / Dust Push).
    5. Select Floor and Area, set the number of cleaning times if needed.
    6. Pick a Return Point (e.g., charging dock).
    7. Tap Start Cleaning to begin.


4. Robot Details Page

  • Tap Details on a robot card from Home Screen.

  • View:

    • Tabs: Today / Yesterday / 7 Days – to view each task record and data.

    • Metrics: Cleaning Area, Tasks, Cleaning Duration.

  • Tap the icon(right top)  for alerts when something is wrong or requires attention and also Tap Operation Guide for step-by-step instructions..



5. Creating a Scheduled Cleaning Task

    1. From the Home Screen, go to Scheduling.

    2. Tap New Task.

    3. Enter a Task Name.

    4. Select:

      1. Clean Mode (e.g., Vacuum / Dust Push).

      2. Task Type and Cycle (e.g., Daily).

      3. Cleaning Time.

      4. Cleaning Area.

      5. Return Point (charging dock).

    5. Confirm settings and tap Save.
