How to Use Rental Timers

Using Table Timers via Terminal

Using rental timers is a easy way to start charging customers for table use, such as in pool and snooker clubs. This guide will cover the steps to use it on your terminal. 

Please click here if you have not yet set up a table timer in the back office.

Now that we have table timers set in place for today, let's head to the terminal, and click on the table you'd like to add a timer to.

Here you will see a range of options, we need to look out for the "Timer" option, if it is not here, please go back and make sure you have created the timer for the correct day.

Once you have selected "Timer" you will now be asked to select the timer you'd like to use, simply select it.

The table timer will now be added to your selected table. To access it, simply click on the timer at the bottom of your order preview.

There are a few options once the table timer has been set, such as pausing it, discounting the timer, and also modifying the time, allowing for the utmost flexibility.  

Once the timer has been set, whenever you have that table selected you will be able to see a timer status, to pay just pay as normal.
