This will walk you through how to submit a data handling request.
If you need SPARK EPoS to handle any data-related requests, including but not limited to downloading, exporting, or managing your data, you can submit your request through our customer portal. Please note that this service is chargeable, and a quotation will be provided prior to processing.
Follow the steps below to submit a data handling request:

Visit the SPARK EPoS Help Centre.
Log In to the Customer Portal
On the top right of the Help Centre page, click on the Log In button to access your customer portal.
Enter your login credentials (username and password). If you don’t have an account, you may need to register or contact support for assistance.
Locate the 'File a Support Ticket' Option
Once logged in, navigate to the "File a Support Ticket" option within the customer portal.
Submit a Support Ticket
Select “File a Support Ticket” to create a new request.
Under Category, choose “Other” to correctly categorise your data handling request.
In the Issue field, clearly outline the details of your request, specifying the nature of the data handling required (e.g., data download, export, etc.).
Attach the signed authorisation form that grants SPARK EPoS access to your account for processing the request.
Please ensure this form includes your administrative login details, as outlined in our Authorisation Letter Template.
Acknowledgement of Service Charge
Please note that data handling requests are chargeable services. Upon submitting your request, SPARK EPoS will review the details and provide you with a quotation, including:
The estimated cost of the service.
The expected delivery time for fulfilling your request.
Review and Approve the Quotation
You will receive the quotation via email or within your customer portal.
Review the quotation carefully and, if acceptable, sign and return it as confirmation to proceed.
Service Fulfilment
Once the signed quotation is received, SPARK EPoS will process your order and begin work on your request. The agreed delivery timeframe will be adhered to, and we will correspond with you regarding progress and completion.
Important Notes
Authorisation Required: Ensure you attach the signed authorisation letter that grants SPARK EPoS permission to access your account for data handling purposes. Failure to provide this may delay the processing of your request.
Service Charges: Data handling services are not included in standard support and are chargeable. A quotation will be provided before any work begins.
Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery date will be specified in the quotation. Please review and approve the quotation promptly to avoid any delays in service.
