How To Refund An Order CS50

This article will outline how to refund an order on a CS50 device.

Open your Viva app and head over to the “Charge” screen.

Next, tap on “Transactions.”

Find the transaction you want to refund, open it up, and press the “Refund” button at the bottom of the page.

You'll be asked to enter your device PIN (usually 1234).

Once you've entered the PIN, press “Continue.”

Confirm again by pressing “Continue” again.

Finally, hit “Refund,” and you're all set!

You should see a “Refund Completed” screen. Tap "Continue," and you're ready to keep taking payments.
