      How to Enable/Disable Payment Receipts from your Viva Hand-Held Device

      Managing Payment Receipt Functionality

      To activate or deactivate the payment receipt function, please follow these steps:

      1. Begin by accessing the home screen of your device. This can be accomplished by swiping upward and tapping on the small circle located at the bottom center of your screen.a1-1

      2. Once you're on the home screen, find and open the Viva Terminal application.a2-1

      3. After launching the application, locate the "More" option in the upper-right corner. Then, select "Unlock Settings" (the default password is 1234). If you haven't already, consider changing your password for security purposes.a3-1

      4. Scroll down until you find the "Receipts" option. If enabled, various options will be displayed. Take your time to review them, focusing on the primary toggle switch labelled "Enable Receipts" located at the top of the page. Make sure to toggle this option on or off according to your preference.
