How to create and submit a support ticket
This article will show you how to create a support ticket
Begin by visiting our support ticket form (opens in new window).
- You will be taken to the following web page:
- Fill out each of the fields. Under the "Issue" field, give us a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. For example, "My printer isn't working". Then, use the "Details" field to provide more information. Go into as much depth as you can here; the more specific you are, the faster we can help. If you have taken any photographs or screenshots, upload them and we will use them when diagnosing your problem.
- Click the submit button to submit your ticket.
