How to automatically print self-order orders from your terminal.

Automated Takeaway Printing

Enabling this feature means you do not need to actively monitor the takeaway list, by following this guide, all future self-orders will be automatically printed from your terminal. 

To enable this feature, please follow the following steps. 

Once in your terminal, please press the more option and click on self-order from the options presented. 

Here you will be able to see an overview of the different self-orders your customers have placed as well as what they have ordered. To enable automatic printing of these orders, please click the setting icon in the top right-hand corner.

You will now be presented with two options, please click on "printer setup".

Here you will be able to see your device at the top, please make sure that both Kitchen Bill printing and Recipte printing is enabled. Additionally, if you would like a kitchen bill to be printed on an external printer, we also support that.

So from now on whenever a self-order is placed a receipt will be automatically printed from the chosen device.
