How To Add A Customer Note

This article will walk you through how to add a note for any customers.


First, log into your HQ account and navigate to the CRM section on the left-hand menu, then select Guests.

Once you find the customer you'd like to add a note for, click the green pencil icon to edit their profile.

From there, go to the Customer Note tab.

To create a new note, just hit Create Note

A pop-up box will appear where you can type in your message. Once you're done, click Confirm to save it.

The note will now appear under the Customer Note tab, and you can always go back to edit or add more if needed!
