How do I send out a Panic alert?

This article will show you the steps that go into sending out a panic alert to all terminals in the premises.

• If you notice something off in the premises, be it either a bar fight, a health emergency, or something else entirely, you can press the Panic alert that sits along the bottom of the screen.
  
• After pressing the Panic alert, you'll be greeted with a list of preset reasons for pressing the button. You can either select one of these, or if you need to be more specific, you can enter a custom message.
  
  
   
• When you hit send, all linked terminals and handsets will be presented with this screen, not clearing until a member of staff acknowledges it by pressing GOT IT!
