Simplifying Reservation Management with Easy Steps
Staying informed when a customer places a reservation is crucial to providing them with the best possible experience. At Spark EPOS, we offer a seamless way for you to receive reservation notifications, ensuring you are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.
Step 1: Access the Back Office To begin, head to the back office where you can manage your reservation settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Reservation Section. Once inside the back office, locate and click on the "Reservation" section.
Step 3: Managing Notifications. Within the reservation section, you'll find an option labelled "Notification Management." Click on it to configure your notification preferences.
Step 4: Select Your Notification Preferences. You'll see a range of notification options tailored to your specific needs. Choose the option that aligns with your requirements.
- Do not receive any email notifications: If this option is selected, you will not receive any email notifications regarding reservations.
- Receive all email notifications: If you choose this option, you will receive notifications for all reservations made by customers.
- Only receive email notifications with special requests: If you choose this option, you will receive an email notification only when a reservation includes a special request. For example, if a customer books and mentions it's their anniversary and makes a specific request, you will be sent an email informing you of this.
Step 5: Select who receives notifications. In this step, you have the option to choose which user will be notified when a reservation is made. Simply select the user from the list provided.
Remember: Hit save when you have made the changes.
