How do I access my keyboard on my terminal?
If your keyboard isn't appearing, follow this guide to activate your keyboard on your device.
Step 1: Reboot.
Hold the power button and select the reboot option, this will reset any functions that may have had an error after long periods of use.
Step 2:
If that doesn't work, we can try to reset the keyboard in the device's settings. To get here from the Spark application, logout.
Step 3:
Once logged out, exit the application.
Step 4:
Navigate to Settings application
Step 5:
Scroll down to the System tab, navigate to Languages & Input
Step 6:
Navigate to Virtual Keyboard
Step 7:
If disabled, enable the Android Keyboard (AOSP) by clicking "Manage keyboards" and selecting it.
If this does not resolve your issue, please escalate it to a member of the SPARK team.
