How can I check on my members overall?

It can take time to go through all of your guests profiles to be able to see trends and work out patterns. With your Customer Relationship Manager, it's all ready to go.

• In the back office, down the lefthand side, you'll need to click CRM, this will take you to the Customer Relationship manager.
  
  
• Inside here you'll be able to control all things customer. Setting up Discount cards, campaign management, and tags to let your staff know more about certain customers. For now though, we're going to focus on the dashboard. So go ahead and click that in the top left.
  
• Here you'll see an at-a-glance view of your customer base. It's a great way to see an overview of your most common guests.
