Guest room telephone doesn't ring, what do I do?

This article will guide you through a few troubleshooting steps for understanding why the Butler Bot won't call a Guest's room.

  1. Firstly, please try another room. This will help to understand if this issue is just with a single room.

  2. Next step would be to check the connection on the Butler Bot W3. To do this, navigate to settings, found in the top left corner of the 'Keenon Delivery App' main menu.

  3. Scroll down to network settings in the left  pane.

  4. At the top of the screen select 'WLAN' so that it becomes disabled, simply tap it again to re-enable and this will reset the WIFI connection.
