      Front Screen Media - Terminal Settings

      This page will explain how the front screen media settings can be configured on the terminal.

      Before configuring the front-screen media settings in the terminal, you'll need to set up the front-screen media in the Cloud Office account, click here to view our guide on adding videos to the front-screen media.

      1.  Open the settings in the SPARK app

      2. Select System Settings

      3. Select the Front Screen Media tab on the left-hand menu

       

      4. From here you can choose whether or not the customer can preview their bill on the customer-facing screen, the green box represents how your video will display. When Bill Preview is turned off the video will take up the whole screen during transactions.
