How to decipher Error codes/messages (TidyPay)

This article will show you the meaning/concept of each error code/messages

S20TContact Support – This is a general error message and can appear in many different scenarios. If it happened just once and all seems to work, please notify Tidypay of the incident, but otherwise keep on using the terminal. If the message appears alongside an error that hinders use, please contact Tidypay and provide more details about the incident.

Terminal Attacked! – This means that the terminal has takes some sort of damage.
To clear the lock you will need to ask Sunmi for a code. The alarm does however wipe the keys from
the terminal, so even if it is unlocked it will need to be reactivated.

Transaction Terminated - This is a general error message and can appear in many different scenarios. The most common ones are general incidents like loss of network or memory leakage. If it happened just once and all seems to work, it is most likely not a source of worry and can be ignored. If the message appears alongside an error that hinders use, please contact Tidypay and provide more details about the incident.
