Turning on Remote Assistance

This page will explain how to enable remote assistance on your terminal.

1. If you are in the SPARK app screen, swipe upwards from the bottom and click on the circle button to take you to the home screen.

2. Locate the Remote Assistance app on the home screen and open it up.
(The app could be inside of a folder on the home screen so make sure to check the folder if you don't see it straight away).

3. Make sure that the toggle is set to the right. (Please leave your device on this page)
