SP50 - Roller Brush Overload Error

How to remove debris from the roller brush and clear the overload error.

The SP50 Roller Brush Overload Error usually occurs when hair, string, fibres or other debris become tangled around the roller brush. This prevents the brush from rotating freely.

How to resolve the error

  1. Stop the robot and switch off the power.
  2. Remove the roller brush.
  3. Carefully remove any hair, string, fibres or debris wrapped around the brush and both ends of the roller.
  4. Check that the roller brush is not damaged and can rotate freely.
  5. Reinstall the roller brush securely.
  6. Restart the robot and check whether the error has cleared.
